I provide Athletic Training services exclusively to American University Athletics and other contracts in the DC area – however, I provide personal training for those who are seeking. I also offer home services within 10 miles of Washington, D.C. given your home has the equipment for your goals. Soon, I hope to provide more equipment for personal training.

I am going to be real, upfront, and honest with you every step of the way. I won’t lie and tell you that “you can have a six-pack in six weeks” – For most people, that’s impossible.
What does that feel like? Well, It’s different for everyone.
For some, it’s losing those last ten pounds, being able to see your abs (it might take longer than six weeks, but it can happen), or just feeling more comfortable in your body – I can help you get there realistically and sustainably

- No guesswork on your end. I’m here to make sure you’re doing the right thing at the right time with full access to me whenever you need it.
- Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly Check-ins to make sure you’re staying on track throughout your week
- Exercise form checks to make sure you’re doing your program correctly and safely
